If you are ever in Southern Georgia, take a day to explore  Jekyll Island. The nature, history and beautiful scenery are amazing. We stayed at the Jekyll Island campground, which was the nicest we’ve ever stayed at (Free coffee and wi-fi!). If your looking for classy accommodations, try the famous Jekyll Island Hotel. Our favorite parts of our stay were the 20 miles of bike paths and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We didn’t have time to go to the beach, but we rode along them for awhile on the way to the campground.

We could not be prouder of Ollie dog! For those of you who have not been acquainted with our furry child, he is a very timid and loves to be indoors snuggled up on a warm couch. He has done surprisingly well laying down on his bed of blankets when we’re moving.  It took several days, but he will now jump into his chariot on his own free will.   We’re pretty sure he’s enjoying his adventure.

We are less than 10 miles from Florida and can’t wait for what today’s ride will bring!

Love Heather, Andy & Ollie
